This workshop will focus on helping families navigate the transition back to school with confidence and support. The session will offer practical tips and resources for the upcoming school year, including building healthy routines, communicating with teachers and school staff, talking with children about their feelings or worries, and understanding and managing normal back-to-school anxiety. The workshop will also highlight available counseling center resources for parents and children who may need additional support during this transition.
