Mah Jongg for Our Mission! (Mahjong, Mah Jong)Saturday, September 12 | 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.A Fundraising Tournament Benefiting the Community House!
Join us for The Community House’s first Mah Jongg fundraising tournament!
Enjoy 12 games of friendly competition, rotating tables, lunch, round winners and the crowning of an overall tournament champion—all while supporting the programs and services that bring our community together. Tournament play will follow National Mah Jongg League rules, and participants must bring their current NMJL card. Come play with purpose and discover how great games build great communities!
Registration Closes September 5 at 1:00 PM
Day of Schedule:

• 9:00 AM Check in/Registration
• DO NOT ARRIVE LATER THAN 9:40 AM Tournament starts promptly at 10:00 am
• Approx. 9:30/9:45 AM: Welcome & brief review of tournament rules & scoring.
• 10 - 11 AM: Games 1 - 4
• 11 - 12 PM: Games 5 - 8
• Followed by announcement of winners for games 1 - 4
• 12:10 PM - 1:00 PM Lunch
• Followed by announcement of winners for games 5 - 8
• 1 - 2 PM: Games 9 - 12
• Followed by announcement of winners for games 9 - 12 and Tournament Winner!

Lunch is included in the registration fee. Players can enjoy a boxed lunch and break before returning to the tables for the final rounds and the crowning of our overall tournament champion.
The schedule and rules will be emailed to people joining the tournament 1 week before.
Mahj Sets will be provided by The Community House. Please do not bring your own sets.
Limited space available! Registration is required to attend. Register in advance. No refunds unless community house cancels the event.
