24-Hour Pre Permit Property Mangement Course

This 24-Course, conducted in three 8-hour Friday sessions (4/10, 4/17, 4/24) online via Zoom (link will be emailed after registration). Students attending online must adhere to all Zoom attendance requirements (see enrollment agreement) and remain on camera at all times, except during designated breaks. This course fulfills the 24-hour pre-permit education requirement for for Property Mangement instruction as mandated by the Nevada Real Estate Division. It also provides valuable preparation for the Pearson Vue Property Management Permit Examination.
Topics include:

• Nevada Laws pertaining to property managers
• Property Management contracts and agreements
• Required disclosures
• Property Management for common interest communities (CIC)
• Landord-Tenant laws
• Fair Housing Laws
• Records keeping and trust accounting
• Commercial property management
• Risk management for property managers

Upon registration, students will receive an email containing course instructions and the Enrollment Agreement to be filled out and email to Reschool@bhhsnv.com.

24-Hour Pre Permit Property Mangement Course
This 24 hour ZOOM course will be conducted in three 8 hour sessions during the hours of 8am and 5pm with a one hour lunch on the following dates:
Friday, April 10, 2026Friday, April 17, 2026Friday, April 24, 2026
Zoom link will be sent to students 2 calendar days before class starts.
In order to receive a certificate of education for this course, students must complete all 24 hours given in 3 sessions via zoom and pass the comprehensive exam given on the last day of instruction.
