Come join us for a weekend of women's specific triathlon skills in beautiful Heber City, Utah! We will be addressing open water swim skills, Bike skills, transition skills, women's specific nutrition, and mental skills.

Upon registration you will receive a detailed itinerary for the camp. But plan to arrive Thursday mid day and depart mid day or afternoon Sunday!
