Learn the fundamentals of computer programming using Python, one of today's most widely used programming languages. Topics include program design, input and output, decision making, loops, functions, files and exceptions, data structures, object oriented programming, inheritance, recursion, and introductory graphical user interface (GUI) development. Students will develop problem solving, logical thinking, and debugging skills while creating and testing their own programs. This course is designed for beginners with little or no prior programming experience.
