Description

City of Hanford Adult Outdoor Futsal League

Ages 18+ : Team Registration Now Open!
Get ready for an exciting season of outdoor futsal! The City of Hanford Parks & Community Services is introducing an Adult Outdoor Futsal League designed to bring the community together through friendly competition, teamwork, and physical activity.
Futsal is a fast-paced version of soccer played on a smaller, hard-surface court with 5 players per team on the court, including the goalkeeper. Unlike traditional indoor soccer, which may use walls or boards to keep the ball in play, futsal uses boundary lines and a smaller, low-bounce ball. This encourages quick passing, better ball control, fast footwork, and strategic gameplay.
