In order to join the Kecoughtan High School Swim and Dive team, you must be a registered student in good standing at Kecoughtan High School.  You must have passed a minimum of five classes in your last semester and be currently enrolled in five classes.  We practice at the Hampton YMCA from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday through  Friday.
