Join Anna for a fun filled Latin cardio dance class with your baby and feel the good vibes. A great cardio workout, socializing with other parents and suited for everyone with variations for all levels. This 9 week class will be held at the Grimsby Pumphouse (447 Elizabeth Street, Grimsby)
NOTE: Babies need to be secured in stroller or car seat or snuggie. With limited space we can not include playpens.
Recommended for parents with newborns to 18 months.
