A variety of instructors offering a class that focuses on muscle concentration, breathing and posture while strength training, balancing and increasing the heart rate with movements. Exercises are performed both sitting and standing using the chair for support. This class is for participants who are looking for a gentle approach back into and toward fitness. All exercises are demonstrated with variations and modifications.
