Description

Adult Swim Lessons Age 18 and upFlexible instruction in a group setting. Everything from basic technique to interval training is offered, tailored to fit each swimmer's needs.
Prerequisite: ability to participate in a group lesson setting.
Location: 25-yard pool. Exact location varies depending on the level of each swimmer.
Passing RequirementsSwim all strokes in accordance with the passing requirements of each stroke, as well as performing the exit skills assessments.

Meet at the red barriers in front of the women's locker room. The instructor will take attendance there and escort you to the poolside. Classes are held in the shallow end of the 25-yard pool.
