Instructor: Meredith Birch Skill Level: Beginner Ages: 18+ Medium: Mixed Media Total Class Hours: 1.5 Description: Life can feel overwhelming or stagnant, and sometimes we need a gentle pause to reset. This process-based class blends intuitive mixed media artmaking with guided reflection to help participants slow down, release tension, and reconnect with their creative voice. Through simple prompts, expressive mark making, and collage, students will explore emotional themes in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. No prior art experience is required. This class is about the process, not the product. Participants will leave with a completed piece of artwork, a sense of calm, and practical reflection tools they can use at home.
