Lacrosse Leagues! This program is a non-competitive league focusing on skill development and having fun. Each session consists of skills, drills and a game. Sticks and balls will be provided. Helmet with a cage, running shoes, gloves and a protective cup are mandatory - other protective equipment (shin guards, elbow guards, etc) are encouraged but optional.
