Outdoor Ball Hockey gives youth the opportunity to stay active, build confidence, and develop hockey skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Designed for players of all skill levels, the program focuses on teamwork, sportsmanship, fitness, and skill development through drills, games, and friendly competition.Participants will learn fundamental ball hockey techniques including passing, shooting, stickhandling, positioning, and game strategy while enjoying the excitement of outdoor play.
CSA approved helmet with a cage, running shoes and a protective cup are mandatory - other protective equipment (shin guards, gloves, elbow guards, etc) are encouraged but optional.Sub-Programs
