We are excited to invite you to join us this year for our Forest Foundations series, where we will follow the life cycle of the forest from the canopy to the forest floor. This year’s sunrise series is designed to be an immersive experience, featuring several key components. We will offer "Rooted Reflections" journaling sessions where we will become familiar with certain trees throughout each season. Participants will also engage in wildcrafting, tree and soil identification, and will feature community experts. To further connect with the environment, the program will include taste testing of local forest offerings. Join us in a year of deep remembering — a reRooting — as we return to the trees as teachers, allies, and kin. Throughout the seasons ahead, we’ll gather in soul-nourishing ways, designed to rekindle wonder, belonging, and connection with the natural world.
