This class will introduce low-cost meals, snacks, and desserts that have been historically inexpensive since the Great Depression. With the rising cost of groceries, it is an opportunity for folks to help with their budget-conscious menu planning. Each participant will receive an electronic/ or a printed version of the cookbook that goes with the class. Jeffrey is the Workforce Development and Training Coordinator at Granite Bay Care, Inc. He also owned the Meadow Muffin Café on Monhegan Island off the coast of Maine for several years.
