This hands-on class covers the essential knife skills every home cook needs: proper grip and hand position, how to keep knives sharp and safe, and the core cuts — dice, julienne, chiffonade, and more. You will leave with sharper skills and a sharper knife. Kat Ghantous holds a Master’s degree in Gastronomy from Boston University and has spent her career helping people connect through food. She has taught culinary classes to a wide range of learners, supported food and beverage businesses across the country. She’s a passionate home cook and food advocate.
