This class will introduce various simple meal recipes using a muffin tin for making a set of meals that can be eaten right away or frozen to be microwaved later. In this hands-on class you’ll learn how to properly store these meals and sample the recipes. Please bring in a small Tupperware container to take home leftovers. You will also receive an electronic/ or a printed cookbook with over 60 muffin meal recipes with pictures of the finished products. Jeffrey is the Workforce Development and Training Coordinator at Granite Bay Care, Inc. He also owned the Meadow Muffin Café on Monhegan Island off the coast of Maine for several years.
