Description

NOTE: Time has changed to 8:15pm.
Players in 1st-4th grade will learn the necessary skills for cradling, ground balls, passing, shooting, and catching, using a mix of drills and mini games. Players should bring their own sticks; gloves are recommended, but are not required.
The 5th-8th grade program will focus on skills and positional training in a small group format. Players will learn the technical and conceptual skills for both offense and defense that become more necessary and effective as they grow and develop as older players. Full pads/equipment are required.
