TRX® Suspension Training is a dynamic, full-body workout that uses your own body weight to build strength, stability, and endurance. In this class, you’ll learn how to use TRX straps to adjust resistance and perform a variety of exercises that target your core, upper body, and lower body. This class offers a supportive environment where you can progress at your own pace. Modifications and progressions are provided to suit all fitness levels, helping you build confidence, increase strength, and get the most out of every workout.
