Aerial Hammock is a fun, dynamic aerial class focused on learning tricks, transitions, and combinations using the hammock. You’ll build strength and confidence as you work on climbs, wraps, inversions, and flowing sequences, all while engaging your core and upper body. With a focus on proper technique and control, this class is great for those who want a more skill-based, playful approach to aerial fitness. All levels are welcome, with progressions to help you advance at your own pace. If this is your first aerial fitness session, you’ll also receive 2 free months of our fitness membership! (ab)
