Relax, restore, and realign your nervous system in a deeply soothing sound bath experience guided by a licensed massage therapist and trained sound bath facilitator. Using therapeutic sound frequencies, crystal singing bowls, and intentional guidance, this session is designed to support deep relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance.
This class will be taking place in the beautiful new space at the Raw Market.
No experience necessary—just come as you are and allow your body and mind to rest. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask or anything to help you find optimal relaxation. Dress warm in layers.

Refund Policy: If FVCS cancels a class you will receive a refund (except transaction fees which are charged by our service provider). If you withdraw more than 3 days prior to class, FVCS will charge a 25% fee to a maximum of $20 for admin costs and provide an account credit for the remaining tuition. If you withdraw less than 3 days before class starts, no refund or credit will be given.
