Description

This class incorporates a folding fan into traditional Tai Chi movements. It combines martial arts techniques, flow, and rhythmic fan opening/closing to create a visually striking and meditative practice. Students will learn the 18-movement Yang style Fan form, using the fan to add an element of expression, coordination, and focus. Designed for students familiar with the principles and basic movements of Tai Chi. Folding fans are provided.
