Recommended : 5-12 years and completion of Swimmer 2
These swimmers will learn how to dive and will do in- water somersaults and handstands to develop weight-transfer skills. They’ll learn Swim to Survive skills, whip kick on back and will further develop their front crawl and back crawl.

Swim Lesson Registration GuidelinesTo help provide fair access to swim lessons, participants may enroll for only ONE swim lesson set per aquatic facility.Participants must meet the required prerequisites for their selected swim level. If you are unsure about your swim level, contact us to arrange a swim assessment to ensure you are enrolling in the correct level. The SCRD reserves the right to withdraw participants who register for swim lessons without meeting the guidelines. Once a customer is withdrawn, it is final.
