About this event
Description
People with developmental disabilities and their care givers are invited to enjoy fun and fitness.Nia is done to music and is appropriate for all levels of ability. Nia can help with balance, stability, agility, strength, mobility, and stress reduction.
Leave with happy feet and a smile on your face.
Nia is practiced bare foot.
Please wear comfortable clothes to move in.
