Beasley Community Garden is the community growing space at Bobby Lanier Farm Park. Through the Community Grower Membership, participants cultivate their own garden plot while learning sustainable gardening practices, connecting with fellow growers and contributing to Germantown’s local food efforts. The garden serves as part of the Farm Park’s working suburban farm model, offering hands-on agricultural education for all experience levels.Membership Includes:One dedicated garden plot or shared raised bedAccess to tools and on-site waterSeasonal planting support sessionsLearning opportunities with Master Gardeners
The garden opens in late March, and registration is accepted until capacity is reached.Membership Fees:$50 – Senior Germantown Residents$75 – Germantown Residents$110 – Non-Residents
A minimum of two volunteer hours per week supports shared garden responsibilities and community stewardship.
