This self-defense workshop focuses on building confidence, awareness, and practical skills. Participants will learn core techniques including stances and footwork, grab avoidance, releases from various holds, and effective striking. Taught by Mark O'Connor.
This free workshop is scheduled in honor of the Active Aging Week celebration between October 5- 9.
