This class is ideal for teens, adults, and families of all experience levels, from beginners to those with prior martial arts training. Classes are designed to build confidence, improve fitness, and develop practical skills with purpose and focus.
Participants will learn striking, movement, and situational awareness in a safe, supportive environment. Training is fun, engaging, and scalable to individual ability, with an emphasis on real-world self-defense and functional conditioning. All programs are delivered in a welcoming environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Enroll each season to advance your rank and continue your black belt journey! Belt promotions are held separately between sessions.

Fee includes school t-shirt and white belt (wear your current belt if you have one).
All current City of Gaithersburg health protocols must be followed in order to attend class.
Withdrawal requests need to be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the class start date and are subject to a $10 processing fee. No refunds within 7 days of the start of the class.
