Apply now to be a Food Vendor at the 2026 Gaithersburg Book Festival. $10 non-refundable application fee along with fully submitted application is required to be considered. If selected additional vendor fees apply.


Apply online at https://www.gaithersburgbookfestival.org/participate/exhibit/ Application deadline March 22, 2026. The Gaithersburg Book Festival (GBF) is a large-scale annual celebration of the written word. This outdoor event features presentations and signings by authors of both national and local acclaim, writing workshops, literary exhibitors, book sales, children’s activities, and more. This event generally draws approximately 20,000 attendees. The Festival runs from 10 am to 6 pm.

*$10 application fee is non-refundable* If accepted into the event fees are as follows:

Food Vendor $165 Res / $215 Non-Res

There are only Food Vendor spots available at this time, deadline to apply is 3/22/26.
$10 fee is non-refundable. Not all applicants are accepted. If accepted, you will be notified via email with further details on paying the full vendor fee.
