This class focuses on full body engagement through dynamic stretching and eccentric strengthening techniques. These exercises help to rebalance muscles and increase joint mobility. You can expect improvements in posture, range of motion, and flexibility, while also toning and shaping healthy muscles.

Class will not be held on July 21.
Please bring a yoga mat.
All current City of Gaithersburg health protocols must be followed in order to attend class.
Withdrawal requests need to be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the class start date and are subject to a $10 processing fee. No refunds within 7 days of the start of the class.
