About this event
Description
We will be joining the White Oak Senior Center community to honor achievements from Africa to America with Mr. Darrin Carter, Founder of Ordinary People and talented musician. We'll also celebrate Black women in literature with wonderful cultural performances. Health screenings will be provided by the African American Health Program. After the event, we'll head out for a late lunch on your own at Mid Atlantic Seafood in Takoma Park, MD
