First, we will join White Oak Senior Center community to honor achievements from Africa to America with Mr. Darrin Carter, Founder Director of Ordinary People, vocalist & pianist and celebrate Black Women in Literature with performances honoring the culture. Health screenings by the African American Health Program are available. Then we will leave for a late lunch at Mid Atlantic Seafood in Takoma Park.
