Ages 18+

This is a vinyasa or flow style yoga class that will incorporate yoga sequences that focus on moving with the breath, while enhancing flexibility, strength and balance and increasing body awareness. This class is perfect for those new to yoga, as well as continuing students who want to find peace at one of our lovely parks.
Important Update: New Recreation Registration SystemWe're moving to a new and improved registration system called RecTrac! Here's what you need to know:- Create Your Account: Starting May 4th, 2026, you can create your new RecTrac account by going to the Town of Fuquay-Varina PRCR website.- Full Switch to RecTrac: All program registration will happen in RecTrac starting Monday, June 1st, 2026.- May Programs: Registration for May programs and Senior Trips will remain open in ActiveNet until Saturday, May 30th. You will not be able to register for May programs after May 30th.- June-August Programs: Registration for June-August programs will open in RecTrac on Monday, June 1st.
