Yoga Flow is a great way to start your day! In this program you will experience a continuous fluid movement from one pose to another, synchronized breaths and an awesome practice that builds strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
Participants can drop-in to a single class- Resident $12 / Non-Resident $15
Important Update: New Recreation Registration SystemWe're moving to a new and improved registration system called RecTrac! Here's what you need to know:- Create Your Account: Starting May 4th, 2026, you can create your new RecTrac account by going to the Town of Fuquay-Varina PRCR website.- Full Switch to RecTrac: All program registration will happen in RecTrac starting Monday, June 1st, 2026.- May Programs: Registration for May programs and Senior Trips will remain open in ActiveNet until Saturday, May 30th. You will not be able to register for May programs after May 30th.- June-August Programs: Registration for June-August programs will open in RecTrac on Monday, June 1st.
