This Yoga class is designed for the needs of participants with osteoporosis or osteoarthritis. Practice weight bearing exercise for the upper body to help maintain healthy bone density in the shoulders, arms and back. Focus on flexibility to help mobilize joints stiff from wear and tear arthritis. This class is very therapeutic for those with joint replacements or trying to preserve your originals! Learn to utilize the regenerative benefits of Yoga in this class. Beginners Welcome! Participants must be able to exercise from the floor.

Important Update: New Recreation Registration SystemWe're moving to a new and improved registration system called RecTrac! Here's what you need to know:- Create Your Account: Starting May 4th, 2026, you can create your new RecTrac account by going to the Town of Fuquay-Varina PRCR website.- Full Switch to RecTrac: All program registration will happen in RecTrac starting Monday, June 1st, 2026.- May Programs: Registration for May programs and Senior Trips will remain open in ActiveNet until Saturday, May 30th. You will not be able to register for May programs after May 30th.- June-August Programs: Registration for June-August programs will open in RecTrac on Monday, June 1st.
