Ages 18+

This class takes on a gentle, restorative approach to yoga with an introduction to the stress relieving benefits of mindfulness meditation. This mindful yoga practice will guide your body through relaxation while giving it what it needs to find peace and healing from within.
This class is open to all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
Participants can drop-in to a single class- Resident $12/ Non-Resident $15.
Important Update: New Recreation Registration SystemWe're moving to a new and improved registration system called RecTrac! Here's what you need to know:- Create Your Account: Starting May 4th, 2026, you can create your new RecTrac account by going to the Town of Fuquay-Varina PRCR website.- Full Switch to RecTrac: All program registration will happen in RecTrac starting Monday, June 1st, 2026.- May Programs: Registration for May programs and Senior Trips will remain open in ActiveNet until Saturday, May 30th. You will not be able to register for May programs after May 30th.- June-August Programs: Registration for June-August programs will open in RecTrac on Monday, June 1st.
