Description

Are you looking for a yoga class that's slow paced, with a focus on breathing, flexibility, strength and balance? Then this is the class for you! Gentle Yoga is open to all levels and invites participants who are looking to kick-start their yoga journey.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket.
Participants can drop-in to a single class- Resident $12/ Non-Resident $15.
