Chair Yoga class is a gentle yoga practice supported by the chair. Poses are practiced seated and standing. You will develop better range of motion, balance, and relaxation, through posture, poses, breathing techniques and meditation. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Chair Yoga is ideal for anyone living with limited mobility, chronic pain, or complex health concerns.

Important Update: New Recreation Registration SystemWe're moving to a new and improved registration system called RecTrac! Here's what you need to know:- Create Your Account: Starting May 4th, 2026, you can create your new RecTrac account by going to the Town of Fuquay-Varina PRCR website.- Full Switch to RecTrac: All program registration will happen in RecTrac starting Monday, June 1st, 2026.- May Programs: Registration for May programs and Senior Trips will remain open in ActiveNet until Saturday, May 30th. You will not be able to register for May programs after May 30th.- June-August Programs: Registration for June-August programs will open in RecTrac on Monday, June 1st.
