Description

Jazz combines the technique of Classical Ballet and Modern dance with a current form of popular dances. This class will focus on strictly Jazz technique including, jumps, leaps, kicks, turns, as well as strengthening, endurance, alignment, flexibility, body awareness and the development of rhythm and patterns. Class consists of stretching and conditioning, across the floor technique, along with learning new Jazz terminology and practicing body and arm positions.
