This dance class offers participants a full-body workout, tailored for active seniors. Utilizing fun, familiar songs and emphasizing strong movement, controlled transitions, and rhythmic patterns to support cardiovascular health, mobility, and balance. The instructor demonstrates the basic steps before each dance, and guides students through the movements. Modifications are encouraged, allowing everyone to work at their own level. You must wear rubber-soled footwear.

Important Update: New Recreation Registration SystemWe're moving to a new and improved registration system called RecTrac! Here's what you need to know:- Create Your Account: Starting May 4th, 2026, you can create your new RecTrac account by going to the Town of Fuquay-Varina PRCR website.- Full Switch to RecTrac: All program registration will happen in RecTrac starting Monday, June 1st, 2026.- May Programs: Registration for May programs and Senior Trips will remain open in ActiveNet until Saturday, May 30th. You will not be able to register for May programs after May 30th.- June-August Programs: Registration for June-August programs will open in RecTrac on Monday, June 1st.
