We focus on simple, affordable, and flavorful meals that support healthy aging, strength, and energy. Participants will learn practical cooking techniques, smart ingredient swaps, and nutrition strategies that support heart health, blood sugar balance, and overall wellness. Each session includes a live cooking demonstration, nutrition education, and take-home tips that participants can easily apply at home.

Important Update: New Recreation Registration SystemWe're moving to a new and improved registration system called RecTrac! Here's what you need to know:- Create Your Account: Starting May 4th, 2026, you can create your new RecTrac account by going to the Town of Fuquay-Varina PRCR website.- Full Switch to RecTrac: All program registration will happen in RecTrac starting Monday, June 1st, 2026.- May Programs: Registration for May programs and Senior Trips will remain open in ActiveNet until Saturday, May 30th. You will not be able to register for May programs after May 30th.- June-August Programs: Registration for June-August programs will open in RecTrac on Monday, June 1st.
