Body composition is a measure of your overall health when it comes to the percentage of body fat, muscles, and body weight you have. This Full Body Composition Screening will include body fat, visceral fat, body age, body mass index, skeletal muscle mass, resting metabolic rate and body weight.
Each individual will get a private 20-minute screening with an RN and Wellness Nutrition Coach to discuss results and ways to improve!
Important Update: New Recreation Registration SystemWe're moving to a new and improved registration system called RecTrac! Here's what you need to know:- Create Your Account: Starting May 4th, 2026, you can create your new RecTrac account by going to the Town of Fuquay-Varina PRCR website.- Full Switch to RecTrac: All program registration will happen in RecTrac starting Monday, June 1st, 2026.- May Programs: Registration for May programs and Senior Trips will remain open in ActiveNet until Saturday, May 30th. You will not be able to register for May programs after May 30th.- June-August Programs: Registration for June-August programs will open in RecTrac on Monday, June 1st.
