Description

After a warm-up exercise, you will learn relatively simple choreography to songs from various Broadway shows and movies (A Chorus Line, Chicago, Jersey Boys, Fame, Singing' in the Rain, etc.). Movements are simplified into small sections with plenty of practice to review, to help build muscle memory. Two balance routines will be included in each class. We will end with a gentle cool down routine. Each class is independent of the next. No previous experience necessary. Participants must wear rubber-soled footwear.
