The New Grassroots program starts every month. Each grassroots program is offered in 4-week blocks. Players must register again each month to continue in the program. Players will train on Saturdays in 12-player groups with our Fremont Rush professional coaches. Our 4-week program focuses on the fundamentals of individual soccer development. Each week, we will focus on and build upon one of the topics below: 1. Ball Control 2. Dribbling 3. Passing 4. 1v1 (Moves and Feints) 5. Shooting It is vital for the modern soccer player to effectively understand and execute the relationship between the ball and the player in a fast and efficient manner.
