Advisor: Dr. Zeynep Araci Email: zeynep.araci@basisindependent.com American Chemical Society (ACS) will provide a great environment for members to explore the many facets of chemistry beyond the typical classroom experience. We welcome any students ranging from those who are curious about chemistry and looking for opportunities to explore their passions through activities such as hands-on experiments to others who find chemistry difficult. ACS aims to support students planning to participate in prestigious competitions such as the US Chemistry Olympiad, as well as the “You Be the Solution” challenge. We plan to expand students’ leadership skills by hosting community outreach events.
