Come try this NEW program! A gentle ballet technique class designed for senior adults, suitable for complete beginners or those looking to refresh their ballet skills. The class includes both barre and center floor exercises, focusing on posture, balance, flexibility, and coordination in a supportive and graceful environment. Please wear comfortable clothing and ballet shoes. This demo date is FREE to attend, but due to limited space, those who are interested in attending must reserve their space here in advance.
