This class is perfect for new exercisers or anyone wanting an a results-oriented workout to improve your fitness, agility, coordination and strength with exciting music and energy. What to Bring: comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water. Our highly qualified/certified instructor is excited to meet everyone and will ensure an educational, safe, and FUN experience! This FCPR Fitness class will be held at at Ballenger Creek Community Building. Ballenger Creek Community Building is located at 5420 Ballenger Creek Pike, Frederick, MD, 21703. To access Parking & Entrance, upon entering the Park, make your first right. HOW TO REGISTER: Select “Enroll Now”, choose the participant, and pick the specific dates you wish to attend—only those dates will be included in your fee.
