As summer unfolds around us, this restorative sound bath and guided meditation is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and settle fully into the season.
Inspired by warm sunshine, ocean breezes, tranquil green trees, gentle rain showers, and the grounding rhythms of nature, this immersive experience invites the body to relax, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to renew. It feels like sitting beneath swaying trees on a warm summer evening while the world slows down around you.
Through calming sound vibrations, guided meditation, and moments of stillness, you’ll be supported in releasing tension, reconnecting with yourself, and allowing a greater sense of peace, wholeness, and ease to wash over you.
Come give your nervous system permission to vacation.
***The best experience will come from wearing comfortable, non-restrictive clothes and socks. You will be lying on a yoga mat with a light blanket or sitting in a chair if getting on the floor is not possible. Bring your own small pillow or eye mask if desired. A water bottle is essential. Children ages 12-17 are welcome with a parent if they can lie or sit quietly for an hour. As always if pregnant, pacemaker or metal in your body, check with your doctor before attending.
