Description

This small group training program offers a highly personalized fitness experience in a supportive, low- pressure environment.Each participant will receive an individualized workout plan tailored to their goals, fitness level, and any limitations.With hands-on coaching, participants will learn how to properly use Wellness Room equipment, improve form, and build confidence in their workouts. This event takes place at the Enrichment Center.Monday's-2pm-3pm , (6-1 /6-8 /6-15/ 6-22 /6-29).
