Heads Up! Improve Your Posture & Alignment – Ongoing Follow-Up ClassKeep the progress going with our ongoing Heads Up! Improve Your Posture & Alignment follow-up program. This class is designed for participants who have completed the initial Heads Up! program and want continued guidance, accountability, and personalized support.As your body changes, your posture and movement patterns change too. This follow-up class provides regular reassessments to identify new areas of improvement and update your individualized corrective exercise routine, helping you continue building strength, balance, and better alignment.How it works:1st Monday of the month (3:00 PM): Individual posture assessments with updated photos to track your progress.1st Wednesday of the month (3:00 PM): Group session to review assessment findings and learn your updated corrective exercise routine.3rd Monday of the month (3:00 PM): Follow-up posture assessments to monitor continued improvements.3rd Wednesday of the month (3:00 PM): Group session to refine your exercises, address questions, and continue progressing toward better posture and movement.Whether your goal is to reduce pain, improve balance, increase mobility, or simply maintain the gains you've made, this ongoing program provides the support and expertise to help you stay aligned and moving well.Benefits include:Regular posture and alignment reassessmentsProgress photos to document your improvementsPersonalized corrective exercise updatesOngoing coaching and accountabilityA supportive group environment focused on long-term successYour posture isn't a one-time fix—it's a journey. These classes are on the 1st and 3rd Monday/Wednesday of the month at 3pm at the EC.
