Most families don't plan because they don't know where to start. This interactive presentation makes it simple. Join the ElderCARE team for a friendly, empowering Aging Readiness workshop with interactive activities like Readiness Bingo and “Crisis or Confidence?” scenario voting. Stay independent and safe at home and make a plan before a crisis. Using a simple Aging Readiness Assessment to explore the key areas such as fall prevention, mobility supports, medication organization, healthcare navigation, and emergency/advocate planning that help prevent emergencies. Boxed lunch and refreshments provided by WCPR.
