Description

Join Leslie to "Fight Against Falls", learning strategies and exercises to improve your balance, strength, and coordination, thereby reducing your risk of a fall. We will address common factors that contribute to falls like environmental hazards in your home, vision changes, muscle weakness and gait problems. A fall changes everything so come dressed to work out and let's fight to keep upright! *Ability to get out of a chair unassisted is required*

It is your responsibility to read the class description and location information.

Should you need to cancel your registration for the entire activity (all sessions) please notify Sharon Carolan in writing no later than 48 hrs. prior to the start of class at sharon.carolan@williamsoncounty-tn.gov

You will be given the option of receiving a credit to your WCPR account or receiving a refund. Due to State Auditing/ Fund Regulations, any online processing fees cannot be credited or refunded.
